2. DEFINITIONS AND TERMS
learn-procurement.com: A platform for promoting and selling life coaching services, dream management, time and self-management, intellectual property SRL.
Seller: JUST INGRID SRL, Ingrid Kovacs.
Buyer: Any individual or legal entity placing an order on the site.
User: An individual or legal entity accessing the site.
Contract: The remote agreement between the Buyer and the Seller.
Order: The electronic form through which the Buyer requests goods or services from the site for purchase purposes.

4. BILLING AND PAYMENT POLICY
Service prices listed on the site are displayed in lei and euros, inclusive of VAT. The Seller is not VAT-registered. Payment for products is made either by cash on delivery or, upon request, via Revolut.
5. DISPUTES
In case of disputes between the Seller and Buyer, efforts will be made to resolve them amicably. If no solution is found, the competent courts in Oradea will resolve the matter.
6. ORDERING
Orders are handled individually by the Seller, with all details thoroughly discussed with the Buyer. Each item is custom-made upon order, meaning the production and delivery times may vary. Buyers will be kept informed about these times. An order is contractually binding between the Buyer and Seller once the Buyer receives a notification from the Seller confirming the shipment. The Buyer is responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful information on the order form.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order if the information provided by the Buyer is incomplete or incorrect. The Seller may contact the Buyer via phone or email.
10. COMMUNICATION POLICY
Site Users may leave reviews, ask questions via email or phone, and provide suggestions regarding the site's structure and content, as long as they are not illegal, spam, or commercial. The Seller reserves the right to approve or reject messages for site publication.

Additionally, the Seller is not liable for damage, loss, or destruction of products during transit; responsibility lies with the courier. Delivery delays are also not the responsibility of the Seller.
Clients must maintain the confidentiality of their login details (username and password) and are responsible for their account activity. Using the account implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, even if modified after the User’s registration.
The Seller reserves the right to modify site content without notifying Users. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is required by ticking the Terms and Conditions checkbox when placing an order.

The Seller ensures the confidentiality of data provided by Buyers for registration and invoicing purposes.
